This is what you should receive at handover — not days later, not “I’ll WhatsApp it,” but physically at handover or as verified digital documents at the same time as the puppy arrives:

• Veterinary health certificate: Issued by a registered vet, dated within 10 days of travel. Should include the puppy’s breed, age, microchip number, and confirmation of fitness for travel.
