- Delivery address and city — collected to arrange puppy transport to your location
- Payment information — processed exclusively through Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI ID, or bank account details on our servers
- Breed preferences, puppy enquiries, and wishlist items — to help us serve you better
- Messages sent through our contact form or WhatsApp Business
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen resolution
- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring website
- IP address and approximate geographical location (city level)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see Section 6 for full cookie details
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Razorpay provides us with payment confirmation, transaction ID, and payment method type — not your full payment details
- Google Analytics provides us with aggregated, anonymised website usage data

- Uploading transit welfare videos to your account and notifying you via WhatsApp when each video is ready
- Responding to your enquiries, complaints, or support requests
- Improving our website, breed guides, and puppy listing quality based on usage patterns
- Complying with Indian tax, business registration, and legal obligations
- Preventing fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorised account access
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Transit Escorts
When your puppy is dispatched, we share your city, contact name, and WhatsApp number with the assigned transport escort. This is the minimum information needed for them to coordinate delivery. Escorts are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4.2 Razorpay (Payment Processor)
Razorpay processes all payments on our behalf. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy in addition to ours. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We receive only payment confirmation and a transaction reference ID.
4.3 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. All data shared with Google Analytics is anonymised and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is shared.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, court order, or government authority — for example, in response to a tax investigation or legal proceeding. We will notify you of any such disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for the following periods:
- Order and payment records — 7 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law (GST Act)
- Account information — as long as your account is active, plus 2 years after last activity
- Transit records and escort contact details — 1 year after delivery confirmation
