1. Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” refers to PoodleDoodle Puppies, the breeder and platform operator
- “You”, “buyer”, “customer” refers to the individual placing a booking through our website
- “Puppy” refers to any dog listed for sale on our website
- “Booking” refers to the confirmed reservation of a puppy following the 50{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} deposit payment
- “Platform” refers to the website www.poodledoodlepuppies.com and all associated services
- “Escort” refers to our appointed, verified pet transport specialist
2. Eligibility
To purchase a puppy through our platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
- Be purchasing for personal, family, or household use — not for resale, breeding, or commercial purposes without written agreement
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and checkout
3. The Booking Process
3.1 Listings and Availability
All puppy listings on our website display real-time availability status. A puppy marked “Available” is available at the time the page is loaded. Due to simultaneous interest from multiple buyers, availability cannot be guaranteed until the 50{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} booking deposit is received and confirmed. We update listings promptly but cannot guarantee a puppy remains available between your browsing session and payment.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A binding booking is only confirmed when:
- You have submitted the booking form with accurate personal details
- The 50{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} deposit payment has been successfully processed by Razorpay
- You have received a booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp from us
Upon confirmation, the puppy is removed from public listing and held exclusively for you for a period of 48 hours pending payment verification. After this period, if payment cannot be confirmed, the puppy may be re-listed.
3.3 The 3-Stage Payment Structure
All puppy sales operate on the following structured payment schedule:
- Booking Deposit (50{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} of puppy price): Paid via Razorpay at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable if you cancel after 48 hours from booking confirmation, subject to the Refund Policy.
- Pre-Shipping Payment (20{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} of puppy price + transport cost): Due before the puppy is dispatched. The transport cost (flight, train, or car) is calculated based on your delivery location and added to this stage. This payment must be made within 7 days of our request to avoid the booking lapsing.
- Delivery Balance (30{80418c344c9ee7777cacd1055b0f5edb6b93d7f634bb401dd52f794214bbdd78} of puppy price): Due upon confirmed delivery of your puppy. Payment must be made within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
4. Health Guarantee
4.1 Pre-Delivery Health Certification
Every puppy sold through PoodleDoodle Puppies is:
- Examined by a registered veterinarian and issued a health certificate within 48 hours before dispatch
- Age-appropriately vaccinated with records provided (typically 6-week, 8-week, and 10-week vaccines depending on age at time of sale)
- Dewormed and treated for external parasites prior to dispatch
- Microchipped and registered (for puppies 8 weeks and older)
4.2 Health Guarantee Period
We provide a 72-hour health guarantee from the time of delivery. If, within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, a registered veterinarian diagnoses a pre-existing congenital condition that was not disclosed at the time of sale, we will:
- Offer a full refund of all amounts paid, upon return of the puppy in the same health condition as delivered; OR
- Offer a replacement puppy of equivalent value from our next available litter
This guarantee does not cover:
- Conditions caused by improper care, feeding, or environment after delivery
- Parasites or infections contracted after delivery
- Injuries sustained after delivery
- Temperament or behavioural characteristics — these are inherently variable and cannot be guaranteed
4.3 Parent Health Testing
All our parent dogs undergo relevant breed-specific health testing. The specific tests for each parent dog are published in their profile on the website. Health test results are from accredited laboratories and are publicly viewable. However, health-tested parents do not guarantee that puppies will never develop any genetic condition — health testing significantly reduces risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.
5. Your Responsibilities as a Buyer
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have researched the breed thoroughly and understand its specific requirements, temperament, grooming needs, and exercise demands
- You have a suitable living environment for the puppy — including space, climate management, and access to veterinary care in your city
- You will take the puppy to a registered veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery for an independent health check
- You will continue the puppy’s vaccination schedule as recommended by your veterinarian
- You will provide adequate nutrition, socialisation, exercise, and veterinary care throughout the dog’s life
- You will not resell, breed, or transfer the puppy without our written consent within 12 months of purchase
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.poodledoodlepuppies.com — including but not limited to breed guides, blog articles, puppy photographs, parent dog profiles, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of PoodleDoodle Puppies. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any content from our website without prior written permission. You may share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific puppy
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including veterinary costs arising after the 72-hour health guarantee period, emotional distress, or loss of business
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including extreme weather, transport strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions on animal transport
8. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a concern:
- Contact us first at support@poodledoodlepuppies.com. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
- If unresolved within 14 days, disputes shall be subject to mediation under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings is the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date updated. For active bookings, the Terms in force at the time of your booking confirmation apply to your transaction. We recommend reviewing these Terms before each purchase.
10. Acceptance
By completing the booking form and making payment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, you have read and understood these Terms in full, and you agree to be bound by them. Payments processed through Razorpay serve as your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.
