Pay 50% booking deposit

Once you choose your puppy, pay a 50% deposit via Razorpay (UPI, Card, Net Banking, EMI available). Your puppy is then held exclusively for you for 48 hours while we confirm all paperwork.

Pre-ship payment + transport

7 days before dispatch, we send you the pre-ship invoice: 20% of the puppy price plus the actual transport cost (flight, train, or car — quoted transparently based on your city). You pay this via Razorpay.

Live transit tracking

Your puppy travels with a dedicated escort. You receive two video updates during transit (departure + mid-journey). Track every step in real-time from your My Account dashboard.

Delivery + final payment

When your puppy arrives, inspect them with our delivery guide. Pay the final 30% upon delivery confirmation. You receive vaccination records, microchip details, and a health certificate.

Is the 50% deposit refundable? +

The booking deposit is non-refundable once your puppy is held for 48 hours and all paperwork is confirmed. However, if we are unable to deliver your puppy for any reason on our end, you receive a full refund. We recommend only paying the deposit when you are certain about your choice.

How far in advance can I book a puppy? +

You can join the waitlist for upcoming litters at any time — there is no charge for this. Once a litter is confirmed and puppies are available, waitlisted buyers get first access before public listing.

What cities do you deliver to? +

We deliver pan-India to all cities with airport access: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Kochi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, and more. Transport mode (flight/train/car) depends on distance and availability.

How is the puppy transported? +

Puppies travel with a dedicated escort — a trained staff member who accompanies them throughout the journey. This is not crate-only freight shipping. Your puppy is held, comforted, and video-updated at departure and mid-journey.

What documents do I receive with my puppy? +

You receive: vaccination records (first round and any boosters done before delivery), deworming records, microchip number and registration instructions, a health certificate from our vet, and parent health clearance certificates (OFA, PRA, vWD, CAER, DNA panel).

Can I visit the breeder before buying? +

Yes. We welcome visits to our facility in Pune for buyers who can travel. Please contact us to schedule a visit — we'll arrange a time to meet the available puppies and their parents in person.
